ITSC 2012: Building Leadership Capacity

I am sitting in a building leadership workshop.  Very interesting look at being a leader and communicating.  Learning to communicate with people who maybe are not the same "type" of person as you.  For something interesting google DiSC.  If you don't know what it is DiSC is a way to "type" people and find ways to communicate with people who maybe don't think the same way as you do...  Very interesting... Gives you a lot to think about.
